Ingredients
One banana
1 TBs peanut butter (100% natural)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-3 pitted dates
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. Enjoy
The smoothie can make a great breakfast substitute and provide with energy for the day
