Fatigue

Fatigue can be a result of some common lifestyle choices such as lack of exercise, poor diet, or stress.
On the other hand, it can be a sign of a chronic health condition that needs to be treated.

 

Many diseases can result in the complaint of fatigue and they can be physical, psychological, or a combination of the two.A person might describe fatigue as being lethargic, having a lack of energy, and tired or worn out.

  • Adrenal fatigue

  • Chronic fatigue syndrome

  • Liver disease
