Carrot Cake Protein Balls Recipe

Snacks can be an important part of your diet. They can provide energy in the middle of the day or when you exercise. A healthy snack between meals can also decrease your hunger and keep you from overeating at meal time.
Ingredients:
Rolled oats – ½ cup
Peanut or almond butter (or sunflower butter if nut allergy) – 1/3 cup
Vanilla whey Protein powder or vegan protein powder – 1 scoop (30gm)
Shredded carrots – 1/3 cup
Walnuts or pecans – 2TBS
Raisins -1/3 cup
Shredded coconut – 2TBS
Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp
Maple syrup or honey – 1 tsp

A perfect way to curve a craving!
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is mixed together and it has sand like
texture.
Remove from processer and pour in a bowl.
Form small balls by squishing about 1 TBS of a mixture in your hand.
Put in the fridge for few hours or for few days. Enjoy!!!
